Bottle Sweeps

In order to keep providing on an excellent Client experience, it's imperative that you keep the conversation going with your Clients. 

Routine Bottle sweeps are going to be a big part of your routine. Each shift, before you start prepping for your first Client, sweep Bottle. After your last Client, sweep Bottle.

  • Reach out to Clients who have outstanding questions

  • Review Client convos for those upcoming Repeat Sessions - let them know their goals have been received!

  • For those who are still wanting to chat or need extra attention, politely tell them you are signing off and let them know when you will be back.

  • For example, "I would love to chat more with you about your feedback! I'm signing off for the day, but I will check back in on Friday when I return. Feel free to text me your feedback here, or "heart" items in your Lookbook!"
