In order to keep providing on an excellent Client experience, it's imperative that you keep the conversation going with your Clients.
Routine Bottle sweeps are going to be a big part of your routine. Each shift, before you start prepping for your first Client, sweep Bottle. After your last Client, sweep Bottle.
Reach out to Clients who have outstanding questions
Review Client convos for those upcoming Repeat Sessions - let them know their goals have been received!
For those who are still wanting to chat or need extra attention, politely tell them you are signing off and let them know when you will be back.
For example, "I would love to chat more with you about your feedback! I'm signing off for the day, but I will check back in on Friday when I return. Feel free to text me your feedback here, or "heart" items in your Lookbook!"
